1. Name of Post: District Programme Manager (DPM)

Essential Qualification: 1. MBA/PGDBM from recognized university / institute, 3 years experience in programme management.

Desirable:
1. Working knowledge of computer.
2. Managerial Experience in the health institution/organization.

Remuneration: Rs. 40,000

2. Name of Post: Block Community Mobiliser (BCM)

No of Post: 1

Essential Qualification:
1. Bachelors Degree in Social Work (BSW) or any one of the Social Science subject: Sociology / Anthropology / Economics / Political Science / Psychology & Business.
2. 1 (one) year diploma course in computer application.

Desirable: Working experience in the field.

Remuneration: Rs. 17,000

3. Name of Post: Block Accounts Manager (BAM)

No of Post: 1

Essential Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce (BCom) and one year Diploma in Computer Application course

Desirable: Working Experience in the field.

Remuneration: Rs. 17,000

4. Name of Post: Block Data Manager (BDM)

No of Post: 1

Essential Qualification:
Graduate in any stream with one year diploma in Computer Application / operation

Desirable:
Working Experience in the field.

Remuneration: Rs. 17,000

Age Limit: 18 years to 40 years as on 30/11/2021 for all posts.

Mode of Selection: Written test followed by Viva-Voce/Skill test.

Venue & Time of Test:
i. Written Test 30/11/2021
ii. Viva-Voce/Skill Test 06/12/2021

Required Documents dully self-attested by the candidate:
i. For the post of DPM: MBA/PGDBM Certificate, Graduation Certificate.

ii. For the post of BAM: B.Com Certificate with 1 year computer diploma course certificate and work experiencecertificate.

iii. For the post of BCM: BSW Certificate, Graduation Certificate with 1-year computer diploma course certificate and workexperience certificate.

iv. For the post of BDM: Graduation Certificate, 1-year Diploma in Computer Application and work experience certificate

v. Common for all: Passport size photograph (4 Nos), Class X passed Certificate with Mark sheet, Class XII passed certificate with mark sheet, ST, PRC and Experience Certificate if any. Original Certificate/Documents are to be produced during Viva-Voce/Skill Test.

How to Apply: Interested candidates may collect the Application Form from the Office of the District Medical Officer, Pakke Kessang, Lemmi, w.e.f . 09/11/2021 at 10 AM to 4.00 PM).

The application should be addressed and submitted to DRCHO cum CEO Executive Committee, District Health Society (DHS) District Pakke Kessang, Lemmi on or before 24/11/2021 at 4 PM. Preference will be given to candidates from Pakke Kessang District.

Scrutiny of Application Forms and Documents will be done on 25/11/2021 and the eligible candidates will be listed out on the same day at the notice board of the Office of the District Medical Officer, Pakke Kessang, Lemmi. Admit Card will be issued from the Office of the DMO w.e.f. 26/11/2021 at 10 AM to 29/11/2021 at 4.00 PM.
