Education Qualifications:
a) Bridge & Road (Both Male & Female candidates): Matric or equivalent with Diploma in Civil Engineering
b) Clerk (Both Male & Female candidates): 10+2 pass with English typing with minimum speed of 35 words per minute OR Hindi typing with minimum speed of 30 words per minute on computer.
c) Personal Assistant (Both Male & Female candidates): (a) 10+2 pass with – (i) Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute, (ii) Transcription Time: 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer
d) Electrical Fitter Signal (For Male candidates only): 10th pass
e) Lineman Field (For Male candidates only): 10th pass with ITI in Electrician trade
f) Engineer Equipment Mechanic (For Male candidates only): 10th pass with ITI in Engineer Equipment Mechanic trade
g) Electrician Mechanic Vehicle (For Male candidates only): 10th pass with ITI in Motor Mechanic
h) Instrument Repairer / Mechanic (For Male candidates only): 10+2 pass with ITI in instrumentation
i) Vehicle Mechanic (For Male candidates only): 10th pass with Diploma / lndustrial Training Institute
j) Upholster (For Male candidates only): 10th passed with ITI in the trade.
k) Electrician (For Male candidates only): 10th pass and ITI in the trade
l) Plumber (For Male candidates only): 10th pass with ITI in Plumber trade.

n) Pharmacist (Both Male & Female candidates): 10+2 pass and Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy
o) X-Ray Assistant (For Male candidates only): 10+2 pass with Diploma in Radiology
p) Veterinary Field Assistant (For Male candidates only): 10+2 pass and two years Diploma in Veterinary Science with one year experience in Veterinary field.

Pay Scale: Pay scale and other allowances will be applicable / admissible as per the pay scale applicable to the Assam Rifles Personnel.
Selection Process: The candidates who qualify in all aspects i.e Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination, Trade Test (Skill Test) and Medical Examination Test will be placed in Merit List depending upon the trade and category wise vacancies allocated to States / UTs.
The Final Selection will only be made on the basis of position of the candidates in Merit List in accordance with the availability of vacancies against respective State/UT/ Category / Trade.
Application Fee:
— For Group B posts (i.e Bridge & Road posts) application fee is Rs. 200/-
— For Group C posts (i.e except Bridge & Road posts) application fee is Rs. 100/-
— NO Fee for Schedule Casts, Scheduled Tribes, Female and Ex-servicemen candidates.
