Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) issues notification for the online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selection of personnel in Specialist Officers’ cadre posts — I.T. Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law Officer, HR/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer in various Participating Banks is tentatively scheduled in December 2021/ January 2022. The total number of posts is 1828.

Qualification: Graduate and Two Years Full time MMS (Marketing) / Two Years Full time MBA (Marketing) / Two Years Full time PGDBA / PGDBM / PGPM / PGDM with specialization in Marketing
Age: 20 – 30 years

In case of dual specializations, one of the fields of specialisation should be in the field prescribed. In case of major/minor specializations, major specialisation should be in the stream prescribed. Candidates having PG Degree (MMS or MBA)/PG Diploma with more than two specializations are not eligible to apply.

For posts other than IT Officer Scale I: Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/ Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/ College/ Institute.

Selection Process / Method: Online Preliminary, Online Main and Common Interview.

Structure of the IBPS Examinations: The structure of the Examinations which will be conducted online are as follows:
(a) Preliminary Examination:
For the post of Law Officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari: Tests will include English Language, Reasoning and General Awareness with Special Reference to Banking Industry for a Maximum of 125 Marks.
For the Post of IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer: Tests will include English Language, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude for a Maximum of 125 Marks.

(b) Main Examination:
For the Post of Law Officer, IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer: Test will include Professional Knowledge for a Maximum of 60 Marks.
For the Post of Rajbhasha Adhikari: Tests will include Professional Knowledge (Objective) and Professional Knowledge (Descriptive) Maximum of 60 Marks.

(c) Interview: Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online Main Examination for CRP SPL-XI will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Banks in each State/ UT. The total marks allotted for Interview are 100.
A candidate should qualify both in the Online Main Examination and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process, details of which will be made available subsequently on authorised IBPS website.

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges (Payable from 03.11.2021 to 23.11.2021):
– Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.
– Rs. 850 /- (inclusive of GST) for all others

Mode of Payment: Candidates have the option of making the payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges through ONLINE mode only.

How to Apply: Candidates can apply online only from 03.11.2021 to 23.11.2021 and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Procedure for applying online:
(1) Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS’s authorized website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link “CRP Specialist Officers” and then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Specialist Officers (CRP-SPL-XI)” to open the On-Line Application Form.

(2) Candidates will have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.

(3) Candidates are required to upload their
– Photograph
– Signature
– Left Thumb Impression
-A hand written declaration as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of documents (Annexure III).

(4) Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application form themselves as no change in any of the data filled in the online application form will be possible/entertained. Prior to submission of the online application form candidates are advised to use the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. No change is permitted after clicking on FINAL SUBMIT Button. Visually Impaired candidates are responsible for carefully verifying/ getting the details filled in, in the online application form properly verified and ensuring that the same are correct prior to submission as no change is possible after submission.
