The Department of SCERT, Government of Manipur, invites application in the prescribed format from the intending candidates for appointment to the posts of Graduate Teacher (Science), Hindi Primary Teacher, Hindi under Graduate Teacher, LDC, Library Counter Attendant, Stenographer Grade-III, Peon and Sweeper on Contract basis in the SCERT Department through sponsorship of the concerned Employment Exchange in Manipur. The total no. post is 17. The no of post may be increased or decreased as per the decision of the Government.

1. Name of the Post: Graduate Teacher (Science)

Class/Group: III/C

No of Post: 2

Qualification:
Essential: (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute.
(ii) B.Ed. or its equivalent from a recognized university or institute.

Desirable: Master’s in Science.

Pay: Rs.12750

2. Name of the Post: Hindi Primary Teacher

Class/Group: III/C

No of Post: 1

Qualification:
Essential: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 50%marks and Two years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and two year diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) and Rashtrabhasa Kovid or its equivalent from a recognized institute. OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 45%marks and Two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with NCTE (recognition norms and procedure), regulations 2002. OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 50%marks and Four Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 50%marks and Two year Diploma in Education (Special Education). AND

Passed in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET-I), conducted by appropriate Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by NCTE for the purpose.

3. Name of the Post: Hindi Under Graduate Teacher

No of Post: 1

Class/Group: III/C

Qualification: -do- as the Hindi Primary Teacher

Pay: Rs.12,750

4. Name of the Post: Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

No of Post: 7

Class/Group: III/C

Qualification:
Essential: Graduates who have completed a Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) IDOS + Windows + MS Office + Multimedia +Internet of a Central/State recognized institute.

Pay: Rs.10, 850

5. Name of the Post: Library Counter Attendant

Class/Group: III/C

No of Post: 1

Qualification:
Essential: (i) Matriculate or its equivalent of a recognized University/Board. (ii) Manipuri Language.
Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Hindi (ii) Knowledge of Library Science.

Pay: Rs.9000

6. Name of the Post: Stenographer Grade-III

Class/Group: III/C

No of Post: 1

Qualification:
Essential: Matriculate/HSLC or its equivalent of a recognized University/Board with speed of below 80 words per minute and not below 65 words per minute in shorthand (English) and speed not less than 30 words per minute in typing (English) (Relaxable for SC/ST candidates up to 60 words per minute in short hand and 25 words per minute in typing.

Desirable: Knowledge of Manipur and Hindi

7. Name of the Post: Peon

Class/Group: III/IV

Qualification:
Essential: HSLC or Equivalent
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi

Pay: Rs.7, 850

8. Name of the Post: Sweeper

Class/Group: III/IV

No of Post: 1

Qualification:
Essential: HSLC or Equivalent
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi

Pay: Rs.7, 850

Age limit: The lower / upper age limit of the candidate for the above mentioned posts is as per the State Government norm as on 08/11/2021 with the relaxation for OBC / SC / ST, PWD and Government Employee etc.

Examination Fee: The examination fee may be paid in cash at the cash counter of SCERT, Lamphelpat along with the application form @ Rs. 500/- for Un-reserved, Rs. 400/- for SC/ST/OBC and no fee for PWD.

Scheme of Examination: The scheme of examination for all the posts can be collected from Directorate of SCERT, Lamphelpat during office hours.
