Meghalaya Energy Corporation Limited (MeECL) is a state-owned electric utility company headquartered in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. It engages in Generation,Transmission and Distribution of Hydro-Power.

The MeECL Meghalaya invites applications from eligible candidates the recruitment of Graduate Apprentices and Technician Apprentices.

The applicant should be a resident of Meghalaya. Candidates can apply for the Apprentices till 15th November 2021.
Details of MeECL Meghalaya Recruitment 2021 for Graduate and Technician Apprentices

1. Name of Post: Graduate Apprentice

No of Post: 10

Discipline wise vacancies:
1) Mechanical Engineering: 2
2) Electrical OR Electrical & Electronics Engineering: 4
3) Civil Engineering: 2
4) Computer Science Engineering OR Information Technology Engineering: 2

Qualification: 4 years Degree in concerned Engineering field.

Stipend: Rs. 4984/- per month.

2. Name of Post: Technician Apprentice

No of Post: 10

Qualification: 3 year Diploma in concerned engineering field.

Stipend: Rs. 3542/- per month.

Age Limit: Maximum age 24 years as of 30.07.2021 but not less than 18 years. Age relaxation is allowed for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe / Other Backward Classes / Persons with Disability/ Ex-servicemen, as per applicable Govt. of India rules.

Important Date: The last date of submission of forms along with necessary documents is 15th November 2021

How to Apply: The Candidates must get himself/themselves enrolled / registered with the Board of Practical Training, through online enrolment at National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, in www.mhrdnats.gov.in and pose a valid enrolment ID generated after successful enrolment within a specified period of three years after passing the qualifying examination.

Self-attested Photostat copies of the following documents are to be attached along with the application form:
(i) EPIC / Passport
(ii) Consolidated Mark sheet / last mark sheet of essential qualification obtained. If the Institute / University assigns grades, conversion certificate if any, from respective University / College for calculating the percentage of marks.
(iii) D.O.B document – 10th Standard Certificate or Birth Certificate issued by the Municipality or such appropriate authority.
(iv) Passport size photograph; 2 (Two) Nos.
(v) Caste certificate in the prescribed format in support of the claim of belonging to SC / ST / OBC duly issued by the competent authority.
(vi) Certificate of Physical Challenge (if applicable).
