Manipur Food Industries Corporation Limited (Formerly Manipur Sugar Mills Limited) is a State Government owned company, incorporated on 29th April,1987 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the main objective of providing infrastructure facilities to the food processing industry in India by adopting global best practices, high end technology and providing end-to-end linkage to the food processing sector along the value chain from the farm to the market which will include creation of infrastructure near the farm, transportation, logistics, centralized processing centers.
The MFICL invites applications in prescribed format from intending candidates for appointment on contractual basis for establishment of State Project Management Unit (SPMU) in Manipur Food Industries Corporation Limited (MFICL) for implementation of Prime Minister Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme.
Details of MFICL Recruitment 2021 for Project Manager, Managers, Executive Assistant / Accountant posts:
1. Name of the Post: State Lead Project Manager
No of Post: 1
Monthly remuneration: Rs. 60,000/-
Essential Qualification: (i) Post Graduate Degree in Business Management, Agri or Food Business Management from reputed University or Institute.
(ii) 5 years of experience in managing development projects preferably in Food Processing or Agri Business development or MSME out of which minimum 1.5 years in leadership role.
2. Name of the Post: Manager, Marketing
No of Post: 1
Monthly remuneration: Rs. 50,000/-
Essential Qualification: (i) Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Management, Agri Marketing, Rural Marketing with specialization in Marketing, MBA Marketing
(ii) Minimum three years’ experience in marketing preferably sourcing / marketing of agri / food products, linking with retail chain, branding etc.
3. Name of the Post: Manager, Food Technology
No of Post: 1
Monthly remuneration: Rs. 50,000/-
Essential Qualification: (i) B. Tech / M Sc. In Food Technology / Food Engineering from reputed University or Institute.
(ii) Minimum three years’ work experience preferably in providing services to Food Processing Industries (preferably to Micro and Small Scale Enterprises) for technology upgradation, product development, quality assurance, food safety etc.
4. Name of the Post: Manager, MIS
No of Post: 1
Monthly remuneration: Rs. 40,000/-
Essential Qualification: (i) Post Graduate Degree in Economics / Statistics / Data Analytics / MBA from reputed University or Institute
(ii) Minimum three years’ experience in monitoring or data analytics on development programme. Ability to handle data for interpretation of information, experience in using statistical and M & E tools and dashboard preferred.
5. Name of the Post: Executive Assistant (Accounts) / Accountant
No of Post: 1
Monthly remuneration: Rs. 30,000/-
Essential Qualification: (i) Commerce Degree with one year of working experience in Accounts in a company / organization.
Age: The upper age limit for the candidates shall be 38 years as on date of notification.
Mode of selection (for all posts): Through written examination and viva-voce.
Examination Scheme:
Questions will be purely based on Multiple Choice Questions.
