Directorate of University and Higher Education, Manipur invites online applications for appointment of suitable candidates of various non teaching posts for Manipur Government colleges of Manipur on contract basis.
The total number of vacant posts is 182. Eligible and willing candidates can apply for the posts till 10.10.2021. A candidate is allowed to apply for only one post.

1. Name of post: Library Assistant
No. of posts: 03 [UR: 2, ST: 1]
Essential Qualifications: Graduate with Bachelor degree in Library Science or equivalent a recognized University/lnstitution
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + 1900 (GP) (L-3 in ROP, 2019)
Age Limit: 18 years to 38 years
2. Name of post: LDC
No. of posts: 40 [UR:22, OBC(M): 3, OBC (MP): 1, SC: 1, ST: 13]
Essential Qualifications: Graduates who have completed a Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) (DOS + Windows + MS Office + Multimedia + Internet) from a Ccntral / State recognized Institute
Pay Scale: Rs.5200- 20200 + 1900 (GP) (L-3 in ROP, 2019)
3. Name of post: Laboratory Assistant
No. of posts: 11 [UR: 6, OBC (M): 2, ST: 3]
Essential Qualifications: Class XII (Science) passed from a recognized Board/Institution
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + 2400 (GP) (L-5 in ROP, 20019)
4. Name of post: Laboratory Attendant
No. of posts: 36 [UR:20, OBC(M): 4, OBC(MP): 1, SC: 1, ST: 10]
Essential Qualifications: HSLC/Matriculation from a recognised Institution/ Board
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + 1800 (GP) (L-2in ROP, 2019)

Essential Qualifications: HSLC/ Matriculation from a recognised Institution/ Board
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + 1300 (GP) (L-A in ROP, 2019)
Age Limit:
For posts 1 to 2: From 18 years to 38 years (The upper age limit is extensible by 3 years in case Of OBC Candidates and by 5 years in case of SC / ST Candidates.
For posts 3 to 10: Upper age for the candidates who are serving in the state Government may also be relaxed to the extent of the period of continuous service put in the post / service. A Government servant who belongs to OBC/SC/ST will get the facility admissible to a Government servant in addition to relaxation admissible to OBC/SC/ST categories.)
Mode of Selection: The selection of the candidates will be based on Written Test and Practical Test (where applicable) only. There will be no negative marking.
Scheme of the Examinations: The detailed scheme of the examinations is as given below:
Application Fee:
– Rs. 500 for General
– Rs. 300 for OBC
– Rs. 300 for SC / ST / PWD
Important Dates:
– Starting of Online application: 26.09.2021
– Last date of submission of application online: 10.10.2021
– Last date of submission of application form along with necessary document in hard copy: 12.10.2021
