Manipur Legislative Assembly Secretariat Recruitment 2021 for various posts

Manipur Legislative Assembly Secretariat invites applications from intending candidates for direct recruitment to the vacant posts of Assistant Security Sub-Inspector (ASD), Secretariat Assistant (SA), Security Woman, Binder, Labourer, Attendant, Sweeper, Cook on regular basis. The number of post may be increased or decreased subject to availability of vacancies from time to time.

Willing candidates should should check the eligibility qualifications, age limit, last date and other related information before applying. Candidates can apply for the posts till 22nd April, 2021.

The details of the post are mentioned below:

1. Name of the post: Assistant Security Sub-Inspector (ASD)

No of post: 1

Essential Qualification: i) Graduate of any recognised University.
ii) Minimum height 5″93″ (for Female)
iii) Minimum chest measurement for male only 31″33″.
iv) Weight as per standard age,Height weight correlation lable as certified by the State Medical Directorate for Police Persons.
v) Selected candidates will be required to undergo initial training in a Training College Centre as per syllabus prescribed by Assembly Secretariat those who have successfully completed initial training will be put through practical / orientation refresher course / training as per programme prescribed by Assembly Secretariat.
Desirable: i) Training in NCC / Army / Police or other similar training.
ii) Knowledge of Manipuri and Hindi.

Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200 + 20,200 and Grade pay of Rs.2,400/-

2. Name of the post: Secretariat Assistant (SA)

No of post: 1

Essential Qualification: i) Graduate of any recognized University and minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m. relaxable upto 25 w.p.m. for SC/ST and OBC candidates. (Typing may be relaxable for physically handicapped persons)
ii) Diploma in Computer Application.
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri.

Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200 + 20,200 and Grade pay of Rs.2,400/-

3. Name of the post: Security Woman

No of post: 1

Qualification: i) Matriculate (HSLC Passed)
ii) Min. height 5″ 2″
iii) Knowledge of Hindi & Manipuri.
iv) Physically fit.
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri.

Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200 + 20,200 and Grade pay of Rs.1,900/-

4. Name of the post: Binder

No of post: 1

Essential Qualification: i) Matriculate (HSLC Passed).
ii) Knowledge of Book Binding.
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri.

Pay Scale: Rs. 4,440 + 7,440 and Grade pay of Rs. 1 ,650/-

5. Name of the post: Labourer

No of post: 1

Qualification: i) Matriculate (HSLC Passed)
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri

Pay Scale: Rs. 4,440 + 7,440 and Grade pay of Rs. 1,650/-

6. Name of the post: Attendant

No of post: 1

Qualification: i) Matriculate (HSLC Passed)
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri

Pay Scale: Rs. 4,440 + 7,440 and Grade pay of Rs. 1,650/-

7. Name of the post: Sweeper

No of post: 1

Qualification: i) Matriculate (HSLC Passed)
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri.

Pay Scale: Rs. 4,440 + 7,440 and Grade pay of Rs. 1,650/-

8. Name of the post: Cook

No of post: 1

Qualification: i) Matriculate (HSLC Passed)
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri.

Age Limit: 38 yrs. and below. There is age relaxation as per Govt rules.

Application Form Rate: Rs. 500/- for OBC candidates; Rs. 300 for SC/ST candidates.
