Directorate of Trade Commerce & Industries Manipur Recruitment 2021 for various posts — 50 posts

Directorate of Trade, Commerce & Industries, Government of Manipur invites applications in prescribed format for direct recruitment to of posts of Instructors, Librarian – cum – Curator, Store Keeper, Drill Operator- cum- Rigman, Driver, Lab. Assistant, Mechanic, Section Cutter, Tracer, Demonstrators, Peon on temporary basis through sponsorship of the Employment Exchanges concerned.

Willing candidates can get sponsored their names from Employment Exchange till 8th April , 2021 and apply for the posts till 12th April 2021. The total number of vacant posts is 50.

1. Name of the post: Instructor (Carpentry)
No of post: 3
Qualification: 1. Matriculation / HSLC Exam, from a recognized Uni versify /Board.
2. Diploma course in Carpentry.
3. At least one year teaching experience from a recognized Institute.

2. Name of the post: Instructor (Foundry)
No of post: 1
Qualification: 1. Matriculation/HSLC Exam, from recognized University/Board.
2. Diploma course in Foundry.
3. At least one year teaching experience from recognized Institute.
Desirable: Knowledge of Manipuri & Hindi

3. Name of the post:Instructor (Tailoring & Cutting)
No of post: 3
Qualification: 1. Matriculation/HSIC Exam, from a recognized University/Board.
2. Diploma course in Tailoring & Cutting.
3 At least one year’s teaching experience from a recognized Institute.
Desirable: Knowledge of Manipuri & Hindi

4. Name of the post: Instructor (Weaving)
No of post: 2
Qualification: 1. Matriculation / HSLC Exam, from a recognized University/Board.
2. Diploma course in Weaving.
3. At least one year teaching experience from a recognized Institute.
Desirable: Knowledge of Manipuri A Hindi.

Qualification: Degree in Mathematics.

6. Name of the post: Librarian-cum-Curator

Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University.

3. At least one year’s experience in the field of establishment and maintenance of geological Museum In a State / Central establishment.

7. Name of the post: Store Keeper (GAM)

Qualification: Graduate of a recognized University.
Desirable: Knowledge of Manipuri & Hindi.

8. Name of the post: Drill Operator-cum-Rigman
No of post: 2
Qualification: 1. Passed High School Leasing Certification Examination or its equivalent from any recognized University/Board.
2. Trained in Diamond Core drilling course sponsored by North Eastern Council or from any recognized Institute.
Desirable: 1. Passed in Motor Mechanic Trade from I.T.I
2. Knowledge of local language.

9. Name of the post: Driver
No of post: 4
Qualification: 1. Matriculate/ equivalent from any recognized Institution.
2. Driving experience for 3 yrs (for light vehicles).
3. Sober habits, sound health and good eye-sight
Desirable: 1. Knowledge of Motor Mechanics.
2. Knowledge of Hindi.
3. Preference should be given to cleaners holding with Govt Vehicles and holding driving licence.

10. Name of the post: Lab.Assistant (Chem)
No of post: 1
Qualification: P.U. Science or its equivalent with Chemistry or Physics or Mathematics from a recognized University / Board.
Desirable: 1. Experience in Chemical Analysis.
2. Knowledge of Manipuri & Hindi.

11. Name of the post: Mechanic
No of post: 1
Qualification: 1. Passed HSLC or its equivalent from any recognized University/Board.
2. Trained in Diamond Core Drilling Course sponsored by North Eastern Council or from any recognized Institute.
Desirable: 1. Passed in Motor Mechanic Trade from I.T.I or its equivalent.

Qualification: 1. Matriculate /HSLC or equivalent from a recognized University / Board.
2. Trained in rock & mineral cutting, grinding and micro slide preparation techniques in any establishment. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualification.

13. Name of the post: Tracer
No of post: 1
Qualification: 1. Matriculate or passed in HSLC Examination from a recognized University /Board.
2. Passed in a Certificate or Diploma Course in Draughtsmanship from a recognized Institute as approved by National and/or State Council for training in vocational trade
OR
Passed in higher drawing or Tracer’s examination from a recognized Art Institute.
Desirable: Knowledge of Manipuri & Hind

14. Name of the post: Demonstrator/ Skill Artisan (Black smithy / Carpentry / Carpet / Foundry / Tailoring & Cutting)
No of post: 11
Qualification: 1. Matriculate / HSLC or its equivalent from a recognized University’Board and passed Artisan Course in Black smithy / Carpentry / Carpet Weaving / Foundry / Tailoring & Cutting from a recognized Institute.
OR
Passed Class-VIII from a recognized Institute and passed Artisan Course in Black smithy / Carpentry / Carpet Weaving / Foundry / Tailoring & Cutting from a recognized Institute and having experience for 5 (five) years in the relevant field from a recognized Institute.
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi A Manipuri

15. Name of the post: Peon

Qualification: 1. Matriculate/ Equivalent from any recognized Institution.
Desirable: 1. Knowledge of Hindi
2) Good Physique
3) Knowledge of cycling
Pay Scale: Rs.4440-7440 + GP 1650/ L-1 of Pay Matrix as per MS(RP) Rules. 2019

Age Limit: A candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 38 years on the 24th March, 2021.Further, upper age limit is relaxable for Govt servants appointed under the Govt of Manipur to the extent of the period of continuous service put in the post/service and by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC candidates and a Govt, servant who belongs to SC/ST will get the facility admissible to a Govt, servant in
addition to the relaxation admissible to SC/ST candidates.

Mode of Selection (for all posts): Through recruitment examination.

2. For the post of Peon (Gr-IV): a) UR/OBC:-Rs. 200/-; b) SC/ST :-Rs. 100/-
