Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (RD & PR) Government of Manipur invites applications for appointment of posts of Block GIS Coordination, Block NRM Expert, Block Livelihood Expert (Agriculture & Allied), District Coordinator NRM, District GIS Expert, State Project Officer-NRM, State Project Officer- GIS, State Project Officer – Livelihoods in Cluster Facilitation Project (CFP) of MGNREGS on contract basis for a period of one year (Extendable).

The total number of vacant posts is 11. Willing candidates can submit the application till 15th April 2021.

The details of the post are mentioned below:

1. Name of the post: Block GIS Coordination
No of post: 2
Qualification: M. Tech / M.E /M.Sc. in Geographic Information Science or Technology / Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geo Spatial Technology/ Geo- Informatics/Geo- Spatial – Science /Surveying and Geo- Informatics/
OR
BE /B. Tech with PG Diploma in Geographic Information Science/ Remote Sensing from recognized University/ Institute
OR
MCA with PG Diploma in Geographic Information Science/ Remote Sensing from recognized University/ Institute
OR
Post Graduate in Science/ Agriculture Science with PG Diploma in Geographic Information Science/ Remote Sensing from recognized University/ Institute
Experiences:
At least 1 year 6 months of work experience in GIS Based projects at field level in reputed Government funded organizations like NIRD & PR, NRSC, SRSAC etc. or similar reputed organizations working on GIS based projects.
Emolument: Rs. 35,000/- [Rs.13,500.00 + Performance Based Honorarium (PBH) upto Rs.21,500.00]

2. Name of the post: Block NRM Expert
No of post: 2
Qualification: B-Tech in Civil Engineering /Agriculture Engineering/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: At least 2 years work experience for candidate with B-Tech / 4 years work experience for candidates with Diploma. The work experience must on rural, infrastructure projects/ NRM projects while working with reputed organization.
Emolument: Rs. 30,000/-
[Rs.7,600.00 + Performance Based Honorarium (PBH) upto Rs.22,400.00]

3. Name of the post: Block Livelihood Expert (Agriculture & Allied)
No of post: 2
Qualification: Master In Agricultural Economics/ Horticulture/ Agro- Forestry / Agronomy/ Forestry.
Experience: At least 2 years work experience with reputed organization working towards improvement on rural livelihoods. The work experience should be primarily on use of agriculture and allied activities for enhancement of incomes of rural poor.
Emolument: Rs. 30,000/- [Rs.7,600.00 + Performance Based Honorarium (PBH) upto Rs.22,400.00]

4. Name of the post: District Coordinator NRM
No of post: 1
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Agriculture Engineering
Experience: At least 5 years work experience must be on rural infrastructure projects/ NRM projects while working with reputed organization.
Emolument: Rs. 75,000/- [Rs. 13,600.00 + Performance Based Honorarium (PBH) upto Rs,61,400.00]

5. Name of the post: District GIS Expert
No of post: 1
Qualification: M.Tech /M.E /M.Sc. in Geographic Information Science or Technology/ Remote Sensing & GIS / Geo Spatial Technology/ Geo- Informatics /Geo-Spatial Science/ Surveying and Geo-Informatics/

Emolument: Rs. 75,000/- [Rs.13,500.00 + Performance Based Honorarium (PBH) upto Rs.56,500.00]

6. Name of the post: State Project Officer – NRM
No of post: 1
Qualification: B. Tech in Civil Engineering/ Agriculture Engineering
Experience: At least 8 years work experience must be on rural infrastructure projects/ NRM projects while working with reputed organization.
Emolument: Rs. 1,00,000/- [Rs.13,700.00 + Performance Based Honorarium (PBH) upto Rs.86,300,00]

7. Name of the post: State Project Officer- GIS
No of post: 1
Qualification: M.Tech /M.E /M.Sc. in Geographic Information Science or Technology/ Remote Sensing & GIS/ Geo Spatial Technology/ Geo- Informatics /Geo- Spatial Science /Surveying and Geo-Informatics/

BE/ B-Tech with PG Diploma in Geographic Information Science/ Remote Sensing from recognized University/ Institute
OR

OR

Knowledge on data processing/ analyzing and development of geo spatial data.
Emolument: Rs. 1,00,000/- [Rs.13,700.00 + Performance Based Honorarium (PBH) upto Rs.86,300.00]

8. Name of the post: State Project Officer-Livelihoods
No of post: 1
Qualification: Master in Agriculture Economics/ Horticulture/ Agro-Forestry / Agronomy/ Forestry.
