1. Name of Post: Stenographer Grade-II
No. of Post: 1
Required Qualification: Bachelor Degree from a recognized University with diploma in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand and typing speed of 40 words per minute in computer.
Method of Selection: On the basis of written / typing tests and personal interview as conducted by the Recruiting Authority.
Pay Scale: Level 11 of Revised Pay Structure.
2. Name of Post: Stenographer Grade-Ill
No. of Post: 3
Required Qualification: Bachelor Degree from a recognized University with diploma in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and typing speed of 40 words per minute in computer.
Method of Selection: On the basis of written / typing tests and personal interview as conducted by the Recruiting Authority.
Pay Scale: Level 8 of Revised Pay Structure
3. Name of Post: Assistant Librarian

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University.

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with Computer Knowledge.

Required Qualification: SSLC Passed from a recognized Board.
Additional Criteria:
♦ Must hold a valid license for driving Light Motor Vehicle and Transport Vehicle;
♦ Must also possess the following: Knowledge of roadside repairs and efficiency in driving; and
♦ 3 years’ experience after obtaining valid license for driving Light Motor Vehicle and Transport Vehicle.

Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 32 years in age as of 1st January 2022.
There is upper limit age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC / ST categories.
Examination Fee: Applicants are required to pay the fee of Rs. 300 only for General and Rs. 150 only for candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC categories. However, the application fee is exempted subject to furnishing of disability certificate. The requisite fee as indicated above is payable by Demand Draft in favor of “Registrar General, High Court of Meghalaya, Shillong”.
How to Apply: Duly filled-up application in standard form, with 2 (two) passport size coloured identical photographs, one of which shall be pasted in the space provided in the Standard Form and the other is to be accompanied with the form, including Demand Draft as prescribed herein, and addressed to the “District & Sessons Judge, North Garo Hills District, Resubelpara – 794108‘ should be accompanied with self-attested copies of the following: (a) Educational Qualification and / or Experience Certificate, wherever required; (b) Caste Certificate; (c) Birth Certificate or HSLC / SSLC or equivalent certificate testifying the date of birth / age; and (d) Proof of residence – permanent and temporary.
Important Date: Last date and time of submission of Applications is upto 17:00 hrs on 4th April 2022.
