Eligibility Criteria: (a) “B.E. / B. Tech / MCA in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology”
Or
(b) “Master Degree in Physics/ Maths/ Statistics/ Operations Research with first class or at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Application or Master Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with first class or at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.”
Or
(c ) “B.Sc. (Computer Science or IT / BCA / B.Sc. in Physics / Maths / Statistics / Operations Research / Computer Science with either Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Application (from a Government recognized university / institution) with two years working experience.”
Scale of Pay: Level-12 (Rs. 37,100/-)
2. Name of the Post: Software Programmer
No of Post: 3
Eligibility Criteria: B.E / B.Tech / MCA (Master in Computer Application) in Information Technology or Computer Science or Electronic and Communication Technology with at least 2 years experience in Software Development.
The programmer should be able to work in open source programming language and in Ubuntu-Linux platform.
Scale of Pay: Level-12 (Rs. 37,100/-)
3. Name of the Post: Hardware Engineer
No of Post: 1
Eligibility Criteria: B.E/B.Tech/MCA (Master in Computer Application) in Information Technology or Computer Science or Electronic and Communication Technology with at least 2 years of experience in Server Administration, Network Administration and Hardware Trouble Shooting.
Preference will be given to those having knowledge in Ubuntu-Linux platform.
Scale of Pay: Level-12 (Rs. 37,100/-)
4. Name of the Post: System Assistant
No of Post: 6
Eligibility Criteria: Government recognized Diploma in ITI or equivalent after 10th Standard.
Scale of Pay: Level-10 (Rs. 30,200/-)
5. Name of the Post: Technical Assistant
No of Post: 2
Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate with Diploma in Computer.
Preference will be given to the candidates having knowledge of Ubuntu-Linux.
Scale of Pay: Level-10 (Rs. 30,200/-)
Age Limit: Not less than 18 years of age as on 01.01.2022 and not more than 40 years of age as on 31.12.2022.
Mode of Selection: Examinations will be held in three phases: – (1) Written Examination,(2) Practical Test and (3) Viva-voce. Final selection will be made on the basis of combined marks secured by the candidates in all the above three examinations and the final merit list will be accordingly prepared for final selection.
How to Apply: Candidates fulfilling the above conditions may apply for the post along with supporting documents, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and 3(three) recent passport size photographs, to the REGISTRAR GENERAL, HIGH COURT OF SIKKIM, GANGTOK.
