Reservation: There is reservation for different categories of candidates
Qualification: 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Age limit: 18-22 years. Candidates should be born between 01 Sep 2002 to 31 Aug 2006(both dates inclusive) applying for post of Navik (GD).
There is age relaxation in upper age limit for different categories of candidates.
Pay: Rs.21, 700 + Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.
Promotion and Perquisites: Promotion prospects exist up to the rank of Pradhan Adhikari with existing pay scale of Rs. 47600/- (Pay Level 8) with Dearness Allowance. Promotion to the Officer cadre is subject to suitability and performance while in service as per regulations laid down on the subject. Other benefit and Insurance Cover.
Mode of Selection: The recruitment process will consist of Computer Based Examination, Assessment/Adaptability Test, Physical Fitness Test, Document Verification, Medical Examination, etc.
