Government of Manipur on Contractual basis.

1. Name of the Post: Secretariat Assistant
No of Post: 10
Distribution of Posts: UR – 7, ST – 2, OBC (M) – 1
Essential Qualifications: Graduates of a recognised University / Institution with basic Computer Knowledge (e.g. CCC Certificate etc.)
Remuneration: Rs. 12,750/-
2. Name of the Post: Peon (Group – D)
No of Post: 22
Distribution of Posts: UR – 11, ST – 8, OBC (M) – 3
Essential Qualifications: HSLC with knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri
Remuneration: Rs. 7,850/-
3. Name of the Post: Chowkidar (Group – D)
No of Post: 3
Distribution of Posts: UR – 2, ST – 1
Essential Qualifications: HSLC with knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri
Remuneration: Rs. 7,850/-
Age: 38 years and below (as on 28th October, 2021), relaxable upto 41 years for OBC category and 43 years for ST category for all posts.
Reservation: Reservation will be provided as per the Reservation Policy of the Government.
Examination Scheme:
(1) For Secretariat Assistant: Written Test consisting of —
(A) General English, Precis Writing, Drafting & Essay
(B) General Knowledge
(C) Computer Practical
Only those candidates who have been declared successful in Written Test will be allowed to sit in the Computer (Practical)
(2) For Peon / Chowkidar (Group – D): Test will consist of —
(A) General Knowledge
(B) Basic Mathematics
(C) English Language
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay the applicable fee during the lime of submission of forms.
(1) For the post of Secretariat Assistant – Rs.500/- for Unreserved Category and OBC candidates and Rs.300/- for SC/ST.
(2) For the post of Group-D (Peon / Chowkidar) – Rs. 300/- for Unreserved Category and OBC candidates and Rs.200/- for SC/ST.
No fees for PWD Candidates.
How to Apply: The willing and eligible candidates should get their names sponsored by the concerned Employment Exchange offices on or before 15th November, 2021. Thereafter, the sponsored candidates should download the application form from the website (www.manipur.gov.in) and submit the completed forms w.e.f. 17th November, 2021 to 27th November, 2021 between 10:00am and 4.00pm along with the required self attested copies of certificates at Lounge of Manipur State Guest House, Sanjenthong, Imphal.
Documents to be submitted: Completed application form for the respective categories of post along with the required number of passport size photographs (3 nos.) and self-attested copies of the documents/certificates (mentioned in the application form). Candidates claiming reservation should submit attested copy of ST / OBC certificate at the time of submission of application form for verification.
