Selection process: The selection will be carried out in 2 phases. There will be a Written Test along with the personal interview.
Candidates applying for the post of Office Peon/Attached Peon/ Chowkidar will have to appear “in a Written Test of 30 Marks comprising General English, Assamese, General Knowledge and Interview of 20 Marks.
How to apply: The applicants must submit their applications in the Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part—IX. A candidate will have to submit 4 (four) copies of recent passport size photograph and the testimonials of his/her Age, Caste, Educational Qualification etc. along with the filled up application form, in photocopy attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Completed applications along with all testimonials should be addressed to “The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat, PIN 785621, Assam” through post or may be dropped in the “Drop Box” Labelled as “Drop Box for Applications” to be kept at the premise of Office of the undersigned within the stipulated time.
Important dates:
— Admit Card may be collected from the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate on working days within office hours from 29.07.2019 till 03.08.2019.
— The Written Test will be held on 04.08.2019.
— Last date of receipt of applications is 01.07.2019 till 5 p.m. Drop Box will be closed after last date and time.
