b.RCA of outages and prepare corrective action plan to avoid repetitions.
c. 100% Site Automation and Alarm integration with NOC. Alarm & Metering correction at Site.
d.100 % compliance on PM
e. Beat plan and frequent failing sites resolution through Alarm compliance and automation by CIs and field team
f. Site visit and closure of punch points
Site Quality & process compliance:
a. Maintain excellent level of site quality (proper cable laying, correct temperature, correct settings, site in Auto, etc.)
b. Identify Gap against specification and ensure timely corrections
c. Periodic audit to ensure that civil/tower electrical and other Infrastructure are in best state.
d. Ensure ZERO quality/operational process non compliance
e. Compliance checking of quality of technicians, partners, spares including any ethical issues Energy Management
