1. Name of Post: High Performance Manager
No of post: 1
Qualification: Master of Sport (MSI/ PHD/ MBA with at least 10 years of research or Eminent players of research experience or Eminent players having represent India in Senior Category with at least 5 years of Sport management/ Research Experience or Eminent Coach having trained Indian Players with at least 10 years of sports management/ research experience.
Age: Upper Age Limit of 65 years
Scale of Pay: Rs. 1,00,000 – 1,50,000
2. Name of Post: Head Coach ( Archery, Hockey, Weightlifting)
No of post: 3
Qualification: Diploma in coaching from SAI, NSNIS or from any other other recognized Indian/ Foreign University and should have represented India in Olympics/ world cup/ world championship, Certificate course from concerned National/ International Federation is must. Working knowledge of computer is essential. Minimum 10 years of experience of coaching is required.
OR
Experience in coaching with Senior/ Junior Indian team or Decoration of Dronacharya/ Arjuna/ Dhyanchand Award or who have produced medalists in International Competitions. Minimum 10 years of experience is required.
OR
Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSU employees may be allowed to apply for the position. However, the application recruitment rules of the department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) will be applicable for such position on deputation.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 1,00,000 – 1,50,000
3. Name of Post: Young Professional
No of post: 1
Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification/Bachelor’s with Post Graduation Diploma in Sports management or equivalent from a recognized University with minimum 50% of marks OR Graduate with 3 years of work experience.
Desirable:
Candidates who have represented India at International level ad hold a Bachelor’s degree or candidates with MBA or Post Graduate i sports management would be preferred.
Age: Not more then 32 years on the date of receipt of application.
Scale of Pay:Rs 40,000
4. Name of Post: Nutritionist
No of post: 1
Qualification: Master degree in Food and Nutrition/ Home Science with specialization in Nutrition or equivalent from recognized University
OR
Minimum 8 years of working relevant field out of which minimum 2 years of working experience with sports person.
Desirable:
Certificate in sports nutrition from recognized institution. And experience in budgeting of menus.
Age: Not more than 50 years
Scale of Pay: Rs. 75,000 – Rs 1,00,000
5. Name of Post: Masseur
No of post: 3
Qualification: Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with a certificate course/ skill development programme for masseuse/ massage therapy/ sports masseur/masseuse from a recognized institution. And minimum 2 years of work experience as Masseur/ Masseuse.
Age: Must not have attained 35 years on the closing date of advertisement.
Scale of Pay: Rs 35,000
