TechBee Job Oriented Career Program 2025 | Information Technology Jobs

The Department of Information Technology (DIT), Government of Manipur, invites online applications from Class 12 pass students of Manipur for the TechBee Early Career Program by HCLTech, a joint initiative of DIT, Govt of Manipur and HCL Tech for a job-oriented early career program in the IT sector.

Details for TechBee Job Oriented Career Program 2025

Program Highlights:
♦ 1-year training program for Class XII students aiming for a career in technology.
♦ After completing training, students will join HCLTech in full-time jobs.
♦ Can pursue graduation programs from BITS Pilani, IIIT Kottayam, SASTRA University, Amity University online, and IIT Guwahati while working.
♦ HCL funds part of graduation fees.
♦ After completion, salary will be ₹1.96–2.2 Lakh per annum depending on role.

Eligibility:
♦ Completed Class XII in 2024/2025 with 65%+ under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur or 70%+ under CBSE/ISC board.
♦ 60%+ in Mathematics/Business Mathematics needed for IT roles.
♦ Students without Mathematics eligible only for Associate (Non-IT) roles.

Format Of Assessment Test:
♦ Career Aptitude Test (quantitative, logical reasoning, language).
♦ Online face-to-face interview with HCLTech selection committee.
♦ Versant Test (spoken English and language abilities).

Training Details:
♦ Total duration: 1 year.
♦ Program fee: ₹1,40,000 (IT roles) / ₹51,000 (Associate roles), all inclusive.
♦ Two parts: Classroom Training (6 months for IT, 3 months for Associate) + Internship (6–12 months for IT, 3–12 months for Associate).
♦ Internship stipend: ₹10,000.

Note: Govt of Manipur will provide a subsidy of Rs. 50,000/- against the training fees for the selected candidates from Manipur. Loan facility is also available for the remaining amount.
