The Staff Selection Commission has issued a notification for holding competitive examination for recruitment of Multi Tasking Staff in General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in various Ministries / Departments / Offices of the Government of India, in different States / Union Territories.
The details of the recruitment are mentioned below:
Name of the post: Multi Tasking Staff
No. of Vacancies: Vacancies will be determined in due course. Updated vacancies will be uploaded on the website of the Commission from time to time

Qualification: (As on 01-08-2019) The candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Age: 1. 18-25 years as on 01-08-2019 (i.e. candidates born not before 02-08-1994 and not later than 01-08-2001).
2. 18-27 years as on 01-08-2019 (i.e. candidates born not before 02-08-1992 and not later than 01-08-2001).
Pay scale: Pay Band-1 (Rs 5200-20200) + Grade Pay Rs 1800, (Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC: Pay Level in Pay Matrix – Level-1)
Application fee: Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only).
No fees for Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM).
Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or through cash in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
Online fee can be paid by the candidates up to 31-05-2019 (5.00 PM). However, candidates who wish to make the cash payment through Challan of SBI, may make the payment in cash at the Branches of SBI within the working hours of bank up to 01-06- 2019 provided the Challan has been generated by them before 31- 05-2019 (5.00 PM).
Scheme of Examination: The examination will consist of a Computer Based Examination (Paper-I) and a Descriptive Paper (Paper-II).
Selection process: Based on the performance in Paper-I and scoring the cut-off marks in Paper-II, candidates will be shortlisted for appearing in the Document Verification to check their eligibility as per the information given by them in the online Application Form. The eligible candidates whose documents are found in order will be considered for final selection.
