Manipur KV Loktak Recruitment 20221 for PGT, TGT and other posts
Kendriya Vidyalaya Loktak invites applications for walk-in interview for preparing a panel for engagement of teachers on purely part time contractual basis for the session 2021-22.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Loktak was established in the year 1979. The Vidyalaya started functioning upto class X and now it has grown into a full fledged Vidyalaya offering Science and Arts Streams in class XII. It is co-educational school with English and Hindi as the medium of instruction and affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. Initially this Vidyalaya was set up to cater to the needs of wards of NHPC employees and that of Para military forces posted in this project to maintain the law and order situation in & around Loktak (Manipur), but now a days trends have changed and Vidyalaya grants admission as per Admission Policy for the year.
The details of the posts are mentioned below:
1.Name of posts: Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)
Subjects of the posts: English, Hindi, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, History, Geography, Political Science,Economics.
Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent in the concerned Subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed
2.Name of the post: Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)
Subjects of the posts: Hindi, English, Science, Mathematics, Sanskrit.
Qualification: a) Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. Subject-wise details are given as under:
(i) TGT (Sanskrit, English, Hindi): Having respective subjects all the three years of Degree Course.
(ii) TGT (Maths) – Degree in Maths with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science and Statistics.
(iii)TGT (Science): Bachelor’s Degree in Botany, Zoology and Chemistry.
b) Pass in the CTET- II conducted by CBSE.
3. Name of the post: Computer Instructor
Qualification: B Tech / BCA / B Sc (CS) or MCA / M Sc (CS/T) or PGDCA / ‘A’Level of DOEACC with PG Degree in any subject.
4. Name of the post: Educational Counselor
Qualification: BA / B.Sc in Psychology and one year Diploma in Counselling.
Desirable: Minimum one year experience in providing career/educational counseling to students at schools or experience/ knowledge of working in placement bureaus or registration with rehabilitation council of India as vocational counseller.
5. Name of the post: Primary Teachers
Qualification: Passed XlI Std with 50 % marks along with two years or JBT / B.El.Ed / D.El.Ed & Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET-I) conducted by the CBSE.
6. Name of the post: Primary Teachers (Music)
Qualification: Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and Bachelor’s Degree in Music or equivalent from a recognized University.
7. Name of the post: Game Expert (Footbal)
Qualification: NIS / BPED
Remuneration: As per KVS rules.
Mode of Selection: On the basis of performance in the interview
