Manipur Governor’s Secretariat Raj Bhavan Recruitment 2021 of various posts for Class 10 passed / Graduates
Governor’s Secretariat, Raj Bhavan, Imphal invites applications in prescribed format from intending candidates for direct recruitment for the posts of Garden Superintendent, Office Assistant, Stenographer Grade – III, Driver, Khalasi, Chaprasi, Silver Cleaner, Sweeper, Dhobi, Cook, Mali / Mali Sweeper, Grade – IV, on temporary basis through sponsorship of the Employment Exchanges concerned. The total no of vacant posts is 16. The last date of form submission is 5th February 2021.

1. Name of the post: Garden Superintendent (Asst. Agricultural Officer)
No of post: 1
Qualification: B.Sc (Agri / Horti) from a recognized University or its Equivalent.
Desirable: Knowledge of English, Hindi & Manipuri
Pay: Rs 29,200 – 92,300 (pay matrix) Level 6
2. Name of the post: Office Assistant
No of post: 1
Qualification: Graduate or its Equivalent from recognized University having knowledge of computer and tying with a speed of 30 words per minute.
Desirable: Knowledge of English, Hindi & Manipuri
Pay: Rs 21,700 – 69,100 (pay matrix) Level 4
3. Name of the post: Stenographer Grade – III
No of post: 1
Qualification: Graduate or its Equivalent from recognized University having knowledge of shorthand and typing.
Desirable: Knowledge of English, Hindi & Manipuri.
For shorthand test, there will be a dictation of 80 words per minute lasting 5 minutes. The candidate will be required to transcribe the dictation on the Computer / Typewritter in not more than 45 minutes. For typing test, a typed passage of 400 words will be furnished. The candidate will be required to type as much of the passage as he / she can from the beginning for 5 minutes.

Qualification: Class X passed, driving experience of 5 years. Knowledge of motor mechanics, sober habits, sound health and good eyes sigh.

Qualification: Class X passed, sober habit and sound health

Age Limit: A candidate must have attain the age of 18 years and must have not attain the age of 38 years as on 18th Jan 2021 ie he / she must have been born not earlier than 19th Jan 1983 and not later than 18th Jan 2003. The permissible relaxation in upper limit for different categories are as under
— OBC: 3 years
— SC/ ST: 5 years
Mode of Selection for all posts: Through recruitment examination.
Examination Scheme:
1. For the post of Garden Superintendent: Questions for Subjects — General English, General Knowledge & Agriculture / Horticulture subject will be multiple choice question
2. For the post of Office Assistant, Stenographer Grade III: Questions for Subjects — General Knowledge will be multiple choice question.
Computer (Practical) — To be notified later
3. For the post of Driver, Chaprasi, Silver Cleaner, Sweeper, Dhobi, Cook, Mali . Mali Sweeper & Grade – IV: Questions for Subjects — General Knowledge will be multiple choice question.
Syllabus: 1. General knowledge: Important days, book and authors, indian National Movement, awards and honours general polity e current affairs manipur national and international, indian economy, capitals of India international and national organisations science inventions & discoveries, science & Technology, sports, abbreviations, history of Manipur
2. General English: Verb, tenses, subject verb agreement, articles fill in the blanks, adverb, error correction, vocabulary, antonyms, synonyms, grammar, idioms and phrases, etc.
How to Apply: The willing and eligible candidates must get their names sponsored from the concerened employment exchange on or before 2nd Feb 2021. Thereafter, the sponsored candidates should download / collect application form from the Raj Bhavan website www.rajbhawanmanipur.nic.in or get application form in hand copy from the office of Governor’s Secretariat Raj Bhavan, imphal on production of of original exchange card and submit the duly filled in application form alongwith the required self attested copies of certificates, documents marksheet, etc on or before 5th February 2021 during office hours.
List of necessary documents to be attached at the time of Form submission:
i) Age proof certificate.
ii) Concerned Employment Exchange Sponsoring documents
iii) Educational Qualification Certificate along with relevant marksheets from matriculate onwards
iv) SC/ ST/ OBC Certificate for candidates seeking reservation / benefit available for his/ her category.
v) Recent 4 passport photograph
vi) All documents should be self-attested except on Photograph.
