Educational Qualification:
ā¦ Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board, University, or equivalent.
ā¦ Skill Test norms:
a) Dictation ā 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute.
b) Transcription ā 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi or Computer.
Age / Service condition:
ā¦ For ASI (Steno) / Direct Entry ā 18 to 25 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to different categories.
ā¦ For ASI (Steno) / LDCE (Only for ITBPF serving personnel only) ā Up to 35 years.
Pay Scale: Level-5 in the pay Matrix-Rs. 29200 ā 92300 (as per 7th CPC)
Selection Process: The selection process will be based on the recruitment test i.e. Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standard Test, Written Test and Skill Test, Merit List, Verification of Original Documents, and Detailed Medical Examination.
Application Fee: Rs. 100. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / Female and Ex-servicemen are exempted from paying the fee.
