Educational Qualification:
♦ Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board, University, or equivalent.
Skill Test norms: Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi only on a computer.

Age / Service condition:
For Head Constable (Combatant Ministerial) / Direct Entry – 18 to 25 years.
The upper age limit is relaxable for candidates belonging to different categories.

For Head Constable (Combatant Ministerial) / LDCE (Only for ITBPF serving personnel only) – Upto 35 years.

Pay Scale: Level-4 in the pay Matrix-Rs. 25500 – 81100 (as per 7th CPC)

Selection Process: The selection process will be based on the recruitment test i.e. Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standard Test, Written Test and Skill Test, Merit List, Verification of Original Documents and Detailed Medical Examination.

Application Fee: Rs. 100. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / Female and Ex-servicemen are exempted from paying the fee.
