State Bank of India invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as Specialist Cadre Officers on contract basis for a period of 3 years (renewable for further 2 years). Candidates selected are liable to be posted anywhere in India. The candidates are requested to read the following details for the application.

Educational Qualification: CFA / CA / MBA (Finance) / PGDBM (Finance) from recognised institution by regular course with 60% or equivalent grade. Preferred: CFA / CA
Age: (Age as on 01/01/2019) 26-33 years.
Application fee: Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is Rs. 750/- ( Seven Hundred and Fifty only) for General/ OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 125/- ( One hundred twenty-five only) for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway available thereat.
Salary / Remuneration: CTC – Annual Rs.15 lakh (Fixed) Plus Rs.3 lakh (variable) with Annual increment from 5%-10%. No CTC negotiations after selection. No other perks in addition to CTC.
Process of selection: The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview.
Interview: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Merit list: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.
Important dates: Online registration of application and payment of fees: 05.04.2019 to 25.04.2019.
