Hotel Corporation of India Limited (HCIL) invites for the recruitment of the posts of Shift In Charge, Commis I, Executive Butler, Bartender/Sommelier, Supervisor- Housekeeping & Stewarding, Culinary Associates, Associate – F&B Services, Lounge Hostess, Driver and Associate Stewarding on contract basis of 1 year for Lounges, extendable every year for a maximum of 2 years based on annual performance. The no. of vacancies is 67.

Qualification: Graduate with a certificate in F&B with experience in relevant field

2. Name of Post: Commis I

No of Post: 6

Qualification:
♦ Graduate with a certificate in Food Production with experience in relevant field OR 10+2 with certificate in culinary arts and experience in relevant field

Emoluments: Rs.35, 000

3. Name of Post: Executive Butler

No of Post: 5

Qualification:
♦ Graduate with formal training program OR Diploma in Hotel Management with experience in relevant field
♦ Excellent verbal communication skills

Emoluments: Rs.35, 000

4. Name of Post: Bartender/Sommelier

No of Post: 3

Qualification: Graduate with Bartender course OR Diploma in Hotel Management with experience in relevant field

Emoluments: Rs.27, 500

5. Name of Post: Supervisor- Housekeeping Stewarding

No of Post: 7

Qualification: Graduate with Housekeeping experience OR 10+2 with a certification in Housekeeping with experience in relevant field

Emoluments: Rs.27, 500

6. Name of Post: Culinary Associates

No of Post: 3

Qualification: Graduate with certificate in Culinary Arts OR 10+2 with certificate in Culinary Arts with experience in relevant field

Emoluments: Rs.25, 000

7. Name of Post: Associate – F&B Services

Qualification:
♦ Graduate with certification in F&B Services OR 10+2 with certification in F&B with experience in relevant field
♦ Excellent command over English & Hindi.

8. Name of Post: Lounge Hostess

No of Post: 2

Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Aviation OR 10+2 with experience in relevant field
♦ Excellent command over spoken English & Hindi

9. Name of Post: Driver

No of Post: 3

Qualification: 12 passed with a valid Indian Driving license with experience in relevant field

Emoluments: Rs.21, 500

10. Name of Post: Associate Stewarding

No of Post: 4

Qualification: 10 passed with experience in relevant field OR Certification in Stewarding

Emoluments: Rs.20, 000

Upper age limit:
♦ Associate – F&B Services and Lounge Hostess: 35 years as on 01:04:23
♦ All other post: 40 years years as on 01:04:23

Mode of Selection: Selection by Walk-in-Interview

Important Date: Date of Interview: 20.04.23 and 21.04.23 (10:00 AM to 05:00 PM)

How to apply: Candidates are required to present at the Centaur Hotel, IGI Airport, New Delhi 110037. Those applying for the post of Commis I and Culinary Associates will have to appear for a trade test before the interview and should report by 10:00 AM. Subsequent walk-in-interviews will be held every Thursday from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM
