Referencing to TRAI’s vacancy circular of even No. dated 26th February, 2019 regarding filling up of the posts of Assistant and Personal Assistant in its Headquarter, New Delhi on deputation on foreign service terms, initially for a period of two years, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), New Delhi has extended the date of application of the posts.
The applicants who have applied earlier in response to vacancy circular of even No. dated 26th February, 2019 need not apply again.
The details of the recruitment are mentioned below:
(1) Name of the post: Assistant
Eligibility criteria: Officials of Central Government, Central Public Sector Undertakings and Statutory and Autonomous bodies:-
(i) Holding equivalent post or
(ii) Ten (10) years of regular service in the PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200+GP Rs.1900 (Under 6th CPC) [Revised in Level-2 as pei 7th CPC] with working knowledge of computer
Salary: Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus allowances such as DA, HRA etc. as per Govt. Rules

(2) Name of the post: Personal Assistant
Eligibility criteria: Officials of Central Government, Central Public Sector Undertakings and Statutory and Autonomous Bodies:
(1) Holding equivalent post on regular basis or
(11) 6 years of regular service in the grade of Stenographer Grade ‘D’ in the PB 1 Rs. 5200-20200+GP Rs.2400 (Under 6th CPC) [Revised in Level-4 as per 7th CPC]
The official must possess the working knowledge of computer.
Salary: Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) m the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus allowances such as DA, HRA etc. as per Govt. Rules.

Age: The maximum age for appointment on deputation shall in no case exceed 56 years on the date of closing of applications in TRAI.
Important date: The last date for receipt of application is now extended up to 30th April, 2019.
