Qualification: Degree from a recognized university
Age Limit: Unmarried male, born between 2nd July 2002 to 1st July 2007.

2. Name of Course: Indian Naval Academy (INA)
No of Post: 26
Qualification: Degree in Engineering
Age Limit: Unmarried male, born between 2nd July 2002 to 1st July 2007.

3. Name of Course: Air Force Academy (AFA)
No of Post: 32
Qualification: Degree with Physics & Maths at 10+2 or B.E.
Age Limit: 20 to 24 years as on 1st July 2026 (born between 2nd July 2002 and 1st July 2006). CPL holders up to 26 years.

4. Name of Course: Officers’ Training Academy (OTA – Men)
No of Post: 276
Qualification: Degree from a recognized university
Age Limit: Unmarried male, born between 2nd July 2001 to 1st July 2007.

5. Name of Course: Officers’ Training Academy (OTA – Women)
No of Post: 19
Qualification: Degree from a recognized university
Age Limit: Unmarried women, issueless widows/divorcees born between 2nd July 2001 to 1st July 2007.

Pay Scale:
Training Stipend: Stipend to male/female Cadets receive a fixed stipend of Rs 56,100 per month (Starting pay in Level 10)
Pay Scale of Commissioned Officers (after training): The pay scale is rank-based and corresponds to different levels in the pay matrix:

• Lieutenant: Level 10, Rs 56,100−1,77,500
• Captain: Level 10 B, Rs 61,300−1,93,900
• Major: Level 11, Rs 69,400−2,07,200
• Lieutenant Colonel: Level 12A, Rs 1,21,200−2,12,400
• Colonel: Level 13, Rs 1,30,600−2,15,900
• Brigadier: Level 13A, Rs 1,39,600−2,17,600
• Major General: Level 14, Rs 1,44,200−2,18,200
• Lt General (HAG Scale): Level 15, Rs 1,82,200−2,24,100
• Lt General (HAG+ Scale): Level 16, Rs 2,05,400−2,24,400
• VCOAS/Army Cdr/Lt General (NEGS): Level 17, Rs 2,25,000 (fixed)
