Name of Post: Young Professionals – Extension Services
No of Post for North Eastern Region: 40
No of Post for Non Traditional Regions (Other States): 10
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry
OR
Master’s Degree in Botany or Plant Science from a recognized University.
Stipend: Rs.40, 000 (Remuneration-Rs.30, 000 + TA/DA Rs.10, 000)
Duration of engagement: From date of appointment to 31.03.2026
Reservation: There is reservation of candidates for different States.
Upper age limit: 30 years as on 01.10.24
There is age relaxation in upper age limit for different categories of candidates.
Mode of Selection: The recruitment process will consist of written test and Interview. The candidates should attend the written test & interview at Guwahati/ Agartala/ Mangalore.
